Delivery

We deliver in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. A flat charge of Rs 100 covers delivery and Cash on Delivery handling. We confirm every order by phone first, then arrange delivery and tell you the likely time on the call.

Payment

Cash on Delivery only. You pay when your saree arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Cancellations

An order is final only after our confirmation call. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or product detail was wrong, we cannot reach you, or the address is outside our area. You can ask us to cancel before dispatch. No advance payment means no refund is needed.

Damaged or wrong item

Check the parcel on arrival. If the saree is damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
